Go By Bike with Grandma

There are many reasons to “GoByBike” in the Comox Valley.   We tend to talk about the health and environmental benefits but Grandma Marg shows the fun and social side of riding a bike.  

Margaret Harris, President of the Comox Valley Cycling Coalition, has been building a special relationship with her granddaughter Hannah by biking with her. They began by cycling in the neighbourhood.  However, as Hannah’s skills develop, they happily cycle together even further.

In the video below, Margaret and Hannah talk about their favourite place to ride together and the special bond they have built through cycling.  

GoByBikeBC is encouraging people to try to bike this Fall.  Their Event runs from October 15-29, 2018.  Bike to Work/School/Shop/Coffee or just bike somewhere and you can join in the fun.
