Our 2026 AGM is April 8
The Comox Valley Cycling Coalition
is hosting our
Annual General Meeting
at 7 pm Wed April 8
in the Rotary Hall (lower level Florence Filberg Centre in Courtenay).
We would like to invite everyone interested in cycling to attend.
This is a great opportunity to meet old acquaintances and make new cycling friends, get up to speed on
what is going on regarding cycling in the Comox Valley and to (hopefully) get any of your questions
answered.
We will close out the evening with an entertaining presentation by long-time member Gregg Strong on
his bike-packing adventure to Mongolia.
Grab your cycling friends and come by to enjoy refreshments and talk about all things cycling!
An agenda and all pertinent details are below. As always, we will hold elections for this year’s board of
directors and hope you will have some interest. It’s a very easy volunteer job and you can take on as
much (or as little) as you wish. If you are passionate about improving cycling and would like to consider
getting involved, please drop us a line at [email protected] or we can have someone nominate you at
the meeting. This is not a large time requirement – we usually have a half dozen evening meetings per
year. We need people to guide the Coalition and continue the outstanding work that has been done to
date!
