Bike Rodeo – April 2014
The Bike Rodeo at the Puntledge Park Elementary School Rotary was sponsored by the Cross Canada Cycle Tour Society. The Comox Valley Cycling Coalition volunteers facilitated the event by coaching and teaching the children the rules of the road and cycling skills at each of the six bike rodeo stations.
This video demonstrates the bike rodeo six stations and the lessons and cycling skills the children gained by participating. The Comox Valley Cycling Coalition has offered this program to nearly all the elementary schools in the Comox Valley.
