Chip Seal Ride – Redux – Sunday – 01 Aug 10
On July 15 Emcom carried out an experimental procedure on Headquarters Road to make the shoulders more cycle friendly by adding a meter wide strip to each side using a fine aggregate (Grade E). The sections have been swept and prepared and an evaluation ride is planned for Sunday 01 Aug 10 at 10:00 am.
The ride will begin at the Comox Valley Sports Centre on Vanier Drive.
Evaluation surveys will be available on site, or you can download and fill out the form at this link and drop them at any cycle shop. The forms will also be available at the cycle shops.
All cyclists are invited to attend.
